1. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for an exchange or return, the following conditions must be met:
- Original Tags Intact
- Unwashed & Unworn
- Original Packaging
2. How to Request an Exchange
01. Raise a Request
Email us at support@mirroru.store or WhatsApp us at +91 98239 25534 with your Order ID and photos of the product.
02. Pickup Arrangement
Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your address within 24-48 hours.
03. Quality Check & Dispatch
After we receive the item and it passes the quality check, we will dispatch your new size/product immediately.
3. Refund Policy
- We offer Store Credit for returns, which is valid for 1 year and can be used for any future purchase.
- Monetary refunds are only provided in the rare case of a manufacturing defect that cannot be replaced.
- For COD orders, the COD shipping fee (₹99) is non-refundable.
