1. General Conditions
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Product Accuracy & Pricing
- Aesthetics: We strive to display the colors and textures of our garments (including our signature deep navy and gold accents) as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
- Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice.
- Launch Offers: Introductory or "Launch Prices" are valid for a strictly limited period of 14 days. After this window, products will revert to their standard MRP.
3. No Refund Policy
Mirror U operates on a strict NO REFUND policy. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree that:
- We do not offer monetary refunds to the original payment method or bank account.
- All sales are final, subject only to our Exchange Policy outlined in Section 4.
4. 7-Day Exchange Policy
We understand that fit is important. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to facilitate an exchange under the following conditions:
- Timeline: Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. All original Mirror U hang tags must remain attached.
- Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact support@mirroru.store.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange, unless the item was received damaged.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged T-shirt, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide photographic or video evidence of the defect. In such cases, we will provide a direct replacement of the same item at no additional cost to you.
6. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos (including the Mirror U logo), images, and digital downloads, is the property of Mirror U and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
